Hong Kong Membership Subscription Terms

Description of Membership Services

WeWork provides you with flexible and professional office solutions. Members may enjoy the following services based on their selected membership plan:

1. Access to Workspace: Use of office facilities in designated WeWork communities according to the plan type (e.g., Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, or Private Office).
2. Community Amenities and Services: Including high-speed Wi-Fi, printing/scanning services, meeting room bookings, access to common areas, and pantry supplies.
3. WeWork APP Global Connectivity: Book meeting rooms, sign up for community events, and connect with global members through the WeWork mobile application.
4. Professional Support: On-site Community Teams providing administrative support and daily office assistance.

Billing Frequency and Pricing

1. Billing Frequency: This service operates on a monthly subscription basis. By binding a credit card and completing authorization in the WeWork APP, you agree that WeWork will automatically initiate a deduction at the beginning of each calendar month to collect the membership fee for the current month in advance.
2. Subscription Pricing: The specific membership fee amount depends on the membership plan you select and confirm within the WeWork APP.
   • Fixed Pricing: Please refer to your Membership Agreement or view the "Account Overview" page in the WeWork APP for specific pricing.
   • Tax Description: Unless otherwise stated, the price displayed in the WeWork APP includes relevant service fees. Should any taxes arise due to changes in Hong Kong laws, WeWork will adjust the amount accordingly based on actual policies and reflect this in the billing.
3. Billing Notification: On the first day of each month, the system will send a billing notification to your bound registered email address.

Automatic Renewal and Authorization

1. Automatic Renewal: Your membership status will automatically renew for the following month at the end of each month, unless you cancel your subscription in advance in accordance with Section 4 of these terms.
2. Authorization: You authorize WeWork to automatically deduct the corresponding funds from your bound credit card throughout the duration of the contract, based on the aforementioned frequency and price. Please ensure that your account has a sufficient balance or credit limit to avoid suspension of membership privileges due to payment failure.

How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time. Once cancelled, WeWork will no longer initiate automatic deductions for your membership fees starting from the following month.

Operation steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the WeWork APP and click [Account] --- [Account Overview] --- [Credit Card].
2. Enter the credit card management page.
3. Locate the credit card currently authorized and click [Unbind].
4. A confirmation dialog box will appear; click "Confirm" to complete the operation.

Other Terms

1. Refund Policy: Unless otherwise provided by law, paid membership fees for the current month are generally non-refundable.
2. Updates to Terms: WeWork Hong Kong reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via APP notification or email before they take effect.
3. Disclaimer: In the event of service interruptions caused by force majeure or network failures, WeWork will actively work on repairs, but shall not be held liable for any indirect losses arising therefrom within the scope permitted by law.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
